P\u016fvodn\u00ed otopn\u00e1 t\u011blesa na obvodov\u00fdch st\u011bn\u00e1ch, nebyla schopna efektivn\u011b halu vytopit na po\u017eadovanou teplotu, co\u017e znemo\u017e\u0148ovalo pracovn\u00edk\u016fm v\u00fdroby pracovat produktivn\u011b. Tepeln\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta se vy\u0161plhala na 31,3 kW.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e1vrh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem instalace syst\u00e9mu vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a chlazen\u00ed Active Elements, kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed do skupiny n\u00edzkoteplotn\u00edch, proto\u017ee se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 teploty topn\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia do 30\u00b0C, bylo vytvo\u0159it komfortn\u00ed klima umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed vykon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch proces\u016f za jak\u00fdkoliv podm\u00ednek venku. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pak i razantn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit tepeln\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty a vytvo\u0159it tak ekonomicky a energeticky efektivn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed cel\u00e9 haly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projekt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zvolena byla kombinace tepeln\u00e9ho \u010derpadla vzduch\/voda se s\u00e1lav\u00fdm vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00edm a chlazen\u00edm zabudovan\u00fdm v podlahov\u00fdch konstrukc\u00edch. Vysokou v\u00fdhodou s\u00e1lav\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu je u\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed 21% energie, v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s tradi\u010dn\u00edm teplovzdu\u0161n\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem, d\u00e1le tak\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e1 redistribuce tepla mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi z\u00f3nami objektu = eliminace ztr\u00e1t. Potrub\u00ed Active Elements bylo polo\u017eeno s rozte\u010d\u00ed 150 mm na hydroizola\u010dn\u00ed folii, fixov\u00e1no tavnou pistol\u00ed a mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed p\u00e1skou. Potrub\u00ed pak bylo p\u0159ikryto plastovou s\u00edt\u00ed proti vyplav\u00e1n\u00ed, jeliko\u017e bylo ulo\u017eeno v hloubce 200 mm. Kompletn\u00ed zprovozn\u011bn\u00ed syst\u00e9mu bylo p\u0159ipojeno na d\u00e1lkov\u00fd dohledov\u00fd syst\u00e9m (DDS), kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje sledov\u00e1n\u00ed provozn\u00edch re\u017eim\u016f p\u0159es internet, diagnostiku, spr\u00e1vu a ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed na d\u00e1lku.<\/p>\n<p>Zdrojem tepla a chladu je tepeln\u00e9 \u010derpadlo Carrier s jmenovit\u00fdm topn\u00fdm v\u00fdkonem 40,7kW a chlad\u00edc\u00edm 39,2kW.<\/p>\n<p>Pl\u00e1nujete realizaci nov\u00e9 nemovitosti nebo rekonstrukci a chcete v\u011bd\u011bt v\u00edce?
